Description

Group and Organizational Behavior is a study of group behavior and the way in which group functioning affects organizational effectiveness. Emphasis is placed on decision-making and resolving conflict in groups. Students develop strategies for efficient and productive group management and determine which tasks are best handled by groups and which are best handled by individuals. Open only to students who have earned at least 56 semester hours of college-level credit.
