Description
Managerial Principles examines motivational theory and its application to individual and group functioning in work and home situations. Leadership styles related to particular circumstances are analyzed. Negotiation is covered through readings and class practice, with an analysis of the effect on productivity. Open only to students who have earned at least 56 semester hours of college-level credit.
