Description
Political Economy and Society is an introductory study of how political and economic forces interact to influence public decision-making as well as private activity relative to the allocation and utilization of material resources in the pursuit of societal well-being. Theory as well as analysis with regard to how factors such as culture, ideology, race, gender and distribution of power shape macroeconomic behavior is emphasized in this course.
